At Vibenwear, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must include all tags and packaging.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Customized or personalized items.
  1. Refund Process
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  1. Exchange Policy
    We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

  2. Return Shipping
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
